This form by no means secures the rental for the race. Rental registration opens 4/30 and is first come first serve and will be sorted by date this form is submitted. You MUST be registered for Chattajack to be eligible to rent from Epic.

Doubles - $150

Cancel by 6/31 to be issued a full refund.

Cancel by 8/31 to receive 50% back.
