The New V10 Elite!

 

The V10 Elite caused quite a stir in the surfski community when it arrived last spring; a super strong super light ski that weighed only 8kg (18 lbs.)  Of course this top of the line construction came at a price: $6 495.00.

 

Interest and demand for the light and sleek looking ski (all black carbon with big racy decals) prompted us to look for a way to produce them at a more manageable retail price point.  We have done so lowering the price significantly while only adding 1kg in weight!  The new version of the V10 Elite will now be available for $4 395.00 and weigh only 9.5kg (21 lbs.)

 

The new Elite boats will be stocked and are a part of the normal production schedule.  They are constructed of woven carbon fabric on the outside with Kevlar on the inside of Nomex honeycomb; wet laminate and vacuum bag.  They have the same black look (no gel coat) with the large white graphics.

 

All possible shortcuts have been taken to shave precious grams of weight.  This means perfect cosmetic finishes cannot be expected.  The priority of these boats is lightweight and strength.

 

The original 8kg Elite will now be called the “Super Elite.”  It can still be ordered on a pre-pay only basis with a 3-4 month lead time.
