TNR is open to paddlers of all abilities. Be prepared to Paddle - Run - Swim.

2010 is the 12th Anniversary of our famous Paddle Sport Races! Every Tuesday night from April to September, competitive and non-competitive novice to experienced paddlers can take part in our races. Paddle any type of craft you like! Rowboat, kayak, dugout, surf ski, canoe, outrigger, K1 or Dragon Boat.

Races are generally 30 minutes, but they do get longer as we progress into summer. Sometimes we add in a run and swim to spice things up a bit!
